Trained at the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, Sue Tasker has lived and worked in Cumbria for over twenty years. She was Head Gardener at Brockhole, on the shores of Lake Windermere, from 1987 until 2004; she now works for herself, helping clients with gardening problems, editing the journal of the Professional Gardeners’ Guild and writing a weekly article for the Workington Times and Star.

Nigel   

Nigel Morgan worked in the chemical industry for 30 years, travelling on business to over 40 different countries. He took early retirement in 1996 and relocated from the Midlands back to Cumbria  shortly afterwards. Nigel’s interests include golf, gardening & the Internet
